About

At SoulWarrior Psychotherapy, we honor the warrior within. Healing isn’t about avoiding fear or shadow, it’s about meeting it with courage, presence, and compassion. This is the space to reclaim your strength, trust your truth, and awaken the Soul Warrior already inside you.

Practice Philosophy

Across cultures and time, there have always been people committed to inner and outer discipline—individuals who learned how to meet challenge with clarity, integrity, and purpose. That same capacity exists in all of us.

At its core, this work is about learning how to face your internal world with more awareness. The patterns that keep you stuck, the parts of you that avoid, overextend, or stay silent—these aren’t flaws, but conditioned responses that once helped you navigate your environment.

You might think of the “warrior” here not as something aggressive, but as your capacity to stay present in the face of discomfort—to tell the truth, set boundaries, and move through life with greater intention.

At Soul Warrior Psychotherapy, I offer a space to explore your inner world with curiosity and honesty. Together, we look at the patterns, fears, and beliefs shaping your experience, while also respecting the parts of you that have learned to protect you. Over time, this work supports a more grounded, clear, and authentic way of being.

Poetic & Evocative: I use imagery, metaphor, and story to illuminate your inner journey, making the unseen patterns of mind, body, and spirit come alive.

Open & Nonjudgmental: I hold space for all parts of you, welcoming curiosity, questioning, and authentic expression.

Deep, Holistic, & Integrative: I combine evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) with spiritual and embodied approaches, including shadow work, the Mirror Principle, Mindfulness, IFS, Somatic, Emotion-Focused, and EMDR.

Empowering & Grounded: I help you reclaim your energy, strengthen your boundaries, and embody your authentic self with clarity and courage.

Balanced Between Clarity & Mystery: I provide structure and guidance while honoring the depth, complexity, and unfolding wisdom of your personal journey.
