About

At SoulWarrior Psychotherapy, we honor the warrior within. Healing isn’t about avoiding fear or shadow, it’s about meeting it with courage, presence, and compassion. This is the space to reclaim your strength, trust your truth, and awaken the Soul Warrior already inside you.

Practice Philosophy

Across time and cultures, warriors have walked many paths, such as Samurai, warrior monks, Spartans, and Native American defenders of their people. They trained their minds, hearts, and spirits to meet challenges with, courage, purpose and integrity. That same warrior spirit lives in each of us, waiting to awaken.

Your Soul Warrior is the part of you that rises to meet life’s spiritual battles. The internal struggles that threaten to silence your authentic self, and keep your mind in a loop of suffering. Your Soul Warrior fights for presence, for clarity, and for the true voice of your soul, helping you reclaim your energy, your boundaries, and your deepest truth.

At SoulWarrior Psychotherapy, I provide a space to meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion. We explore the patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs that shape how you move through life, while honoring the parts of you that have kept you safe. Together, we create room for your authentic self to rise.

My Style

Poetic & Evocative: I use imagery, metaphor, and story to illuminate your inner journey, making the unseen patterns of mind, body, and spirit come alive.

Open & Nonjudgmental: I hold space for all parts of you, welcoming curiosity, questioning, and authentic expression.

Deep, Holistic, & Integrative: I combine evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) with spiritual and embodied approaches, including shadow work, the Mirror Principle, Mindfulness, IFS, Somatic, Emotion-Focused, and EMDR.

Empowering & Grounded: I help you reclaim your energy, strengthen your boundaries, and embody your authentic self with clarity and courage.

Balanced Between Clarity & Mystery: I provide structure and guidance while honoring the depth, complexity, and unfolding wisdom of your personal journey.
