Individual Adult Psychotherapy
I offer an integrative, grounded approach to therapy that focuses on understanding the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate. This includes exploring attachment styles, behavioral patterns, protective strategies, and the underlying beliefs that influence your choices and relationships.
Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, this work is about developing awareness of what’s happening beneath the surface - so you can respond more intentionally instead of automatically. Together, we slow things down, make sense of your internal world, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you.
My goal is to support you in building a more stable and connected relationship with yourself; one that allows for clearer boundaries, greater emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of autonomy and agency.
Sessions are 50 minutes and offered one-on-one in a consistent, supportive setting.
